Agreement has a very special characteristic of being able to germinate as low temperatures of 3 degrees centigrade. When compared with other perennial ryegrasses of its type, Agreement showed significantly improved germination rates between 3-5 degrees and consistently better between 6-10 degrees. Agreement has a medium leaf width mid green in colour both winter and summer.

Ideal for late season and winter sports renovation, Agreement perennial ryegrass has a very special characteristic of being able to germinate at low temperatures of 3 degrees centigrade. When compared with other perennial ryegrasses of its type, Agreement showed significantly improved germination rates between 3-5 degrees and consistently better between 6-10 degrees. Unlike other grass seed products aimed at winter renovation, Agreement also offer good turf performance compared with annual ryegrasses for example.

Directions for use

Establishment and Maintenance

  • For sports turf / residential / commercial /approx. 35-45 gr/m². Use highest rates in late autumn/winter/early spring
  • Seedbed should be kept moist during germination and establishment
  • Germinates in 5-8 days with optimal soil temperatures. 21-28 days at low temperatures
  • Full coverage expected in 6-8 weeks
  • First mowing recommended when turf reaches approximately 4 cm in height

Established Turf Maintenance

  • For best results, fertilize at annual rate of 20-25 gr/m² of nitrogen
  • Deep, infrequent irrigation best during cooler months / increase frequency during the summer months / to assist spring transition, reduce irrigation
  • Recommended mowing height of 1 - 4 cm
